1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
3 We shall endeavour to ensure that the supply of goods through our Website shall comply with the Veterinary medicines Regulations 2005, as amended from time to time.
4 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) where the item requires a prescription that has not been supplied;
(d) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(e) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Consumer Rights Directive
If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Your right to a refund
You should get a refund within 14 days of either the trader getting the goods back, or your providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.

Cancellation & Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your VetshopNI purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order and return the goods. Please see information above, detailed under Consumer Rights Directive for cancellation, return and refund rights and requirements.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use tracked delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
